Astrological Almanac for Monday, October 14, 2024
(All times Eastern)
Two of this week’s big planetary aspects are today. Before dawn, the Sun squares Mars. This energetic, violent energy will continue through part of the day, though it will slowly be on its way out. This evening, Venus opposes Uranus, shaking up (for good or ill) relationships of all sorts. See the Weekly Post for more.
The first half of the day is good for spending alone and for grounding. Just don’t isolate too much.
Later in the day we may have a knee-jerk reaction to things and go overboard, so be careful. Nighttime has abundant energy, especially for emotional or intuitive things, so use it well.
