Astrological Almanac for Saturday, June 18, 2022

The morning has some potential tension baked into it: the Venus-Saturn square is exact today, and the Moon conjoins Saturn this morning, and by definition, also squares Venus. We may feel the clash between rules, boundaries, obligations, restrictions, etc., on the one hand, and our relationships and aesthetic selves on the other. Both planets are in their own signs, which are fixed ones (Venus in Taurus, Saturn in Aquarius), so the conflict may be quite intense. Saturn has the upper hand here, so the first part of the day might be somewhat strict.
Though the Venus-Saturn square will be effective for at least the rest of the day, the Moon moves off by afternoon and connects nicely with the Sun, which may help lighten the mood a bit.
At 7:01pm, Luna enters Pisces, and overnight Venus connects with dreamy Neptune. Breathing may recommence, even if some of the challenges linger. It may not be the best night for communication, but try to just “be” now.
