Today sees two planetary aspects: Mars, and then Mercury, opposite Jupiter. This can lead to overindulgence and lack of control and balance. See the Weekly Post for more.
At 7:44am, the Moon enters Taurus, and connects nicely with Saturn. This is grounding, and will help counter the planetary oppositions a bit.
At 4:24pm, the Full Moon eclipse happens. Those with planets/points in early Taurus and/or Scorpio are likely to feel some change in these few weeks. It can be unsettling, but how it plays out exactly for you will depend a lot on what else is going on in your chart this year.
Overnight into Sunday the Moon conjoins Jupiter, then opposes the Mercury-Mars conjunction. This can help soothe some of the high energy of the day.
