Astrological Almanac for Sunday, September 1, 2024
(All times Eastern)
Uranus turns retrograde today. It spends half of each year this way, so it’s not unusual. Look to the house Taurus is in your own chart for possible reversals and surprises. Pluto backs up into Capricorn one last time for the next couple of centuries. It will spend much of 2024 there, moving back into Aquarius “for good” later this fall. See the Weekly Post for more.
The morning is good for details, planning, and work needing focus and finesse. The afternoon can hold challenges focused on individuality and unexpected turns. We will need to adjust to get along.
At 11:48pm the Moon enters Virgo, ramping up the possibility of persnickety behavior for the rest of the weekend. Focus on correcting things for their betterment, not tearing them down.
