Astrological Context, Week of August 28, 2023

Remember that these aspects (aside from entry into new signs) will be in effect a few days before and a few days after the exact dates listed here. So keep this in mind when reading the daily updates this week.
There are no aspects among the planets this week (other than lunar). However, we do have two important “reversals”: ON Monday, Uranus turns retrograde, and on Sunday the 3rd, Venus turns direct.
The Uranus retrograde will last until the end of January, and reactivate the 19-23 degrees of the Taurus/Scorpio axis. For those with sensitive points there (and Aquarius/Leo) this can be a time of reversals and major direction shifts. Things may also be exciting, if you are ready to continue to embrace new directions and ideas.
As Venus turns direct, relationships and social norms overall will begin to return to “normal,” with a little less upset.
