The Sun enters Scorpio on Monday at 12:20pm. Fixed signs mark the middle of the season, and in the North, we are experiencing the iconic height of the fall. This can be an intense time, when we are turning inward as the cold time comes and the days grow short. Mars in currently in Scorpio, his own sign, which can add to the intensity, but also help with focus and insight.
Early on the 24th, the Sun and Saturn trine, bringing a nice ability for focus, planning, and hard work.
On Saturday into Sunday, a series of related aspects occur: Mars and Mercury conjoin on Sunday morning, but shortly before they are exact, on Saturday, each each opposes Jupiter, and there’s a Lunar Eclipse in between these two oppositions. Mercury-Mars brings mental acuity and accuracy, especially in Scorpio. We have the ability and know-how to get things done and we do. Mars and Mercury opposing Jupiter shortly before the exact conjunction can bring a lack of boundaries and judgment. Impatience and a tendency to go overboard are strong now.
