Astrological Context, Week of September 26, 2022

On Monday, retrograde Mercury conjoins Venus in Virgo. This may be a good time to repair relationships, where necessary. Words and emotions come together nicely now, in a careful way. But the Sun opposes Jupiter today as well, so beware of a lack of boundaries or the inclination to overdo everything. Don’t go over the top. Be intentional and careful.
On Tuesday, Mercury trines Pluto, continuing the inclination for deep communication, or communication about important things. You may also receive important news now.
Wednesday has Mars trining Saturn, and while both planets are malefic by nature, this combination favors success through hard work and perseverence.
On Thursday, Venus enters Libra, one of her own signs. This is another good sign for relationships overall, and beauty and relating may be a bit easier for a few weeks.
On Saturday, Venus opposes Jupiter. This could bring a strong party vibe, or it could be a bump in the road again with relationships, due to unfairly high expectations, so it’s a good time to examine any changes now.
Finally on Sunday, Mercury turns direct in Virgo. While this is Mercury’s favorite sign, and generally an excellent position, they are also nearly opposite Neptune (by only a degree), so it may feel like the confusion of the retrograde extends a few days, until Mercury picks up some steam and moves away from this contact.
